Shomoukh Nursery & Day-Care, Al Qurum campus is a place where young children discover and create. Our preschool fosters a life-long quest and love for learning, building a strong foundation for social, emotional, academic, physical, and spiritual growth for each child. Our children are one to four years old divided into small groups following international standards for a student to teacher ratios in an atmosphere stimulating multiple intelligences. Our educators are specialists in early childhood development and education and the preschool is equipped with state-of-the-art learning materials and educational resources. The curriculum is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach for learning which is designed to combine learning through self-discovery and teacher guidance. This encourages children to gain confidence and experience cooperative relationships with both peers and adults. All of this in an atmosphere of inspiration and growth filled with joy, play, and developmental and academic excellence.
In 2022, Shomoukh Early Childhood Education launched the region's most innovative state of the art modern campus at the heart of Al Mouj Muscat setting a benchmark for the world-class standards of international education. The new building development of Al Shomoukh Nursery at Al Mouj is recognized as a place where families feel confident that their children are getting child care services of high quality standards and to achieve the strategic objectives in learning and teaching, research and engagement, and help to position the nursery among the leading preschools in the World.
